SLESA is opening up a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Esports tournament services and broadcasting of the SLESA Nationals 2026. Members of the Sri Lankan Esports community are invited to submit their proposals for this event.
Key dates:
1. Intent to submit:
Interested parties must confirm their intent to send an RFP by email to [email protected] by 11:59 PM on 13 March 2026 (Sri Lankan time).
2. Questions:
For any inquiries regarding this RFP, please contact SLESA at [email protected] by 11:59 PM on 14 March 2026 (Sri Lankan time).
3. Proposal submission deadline:
Proposals must be submitted via email to [email protected] by 11:59 pm on 18 March 2026 (Sri Lankan time) for evaluation.
Note the following:
- All proposals will undergo an independent review process conducted by independent members of the Executive Committee.
- Priority will be given to SLESA members during the evaluation process.
- Make sure to send all proposals to the email address mentioned and not to any other email address.
- We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in ensuring a smooth and transparent selection process for the SLESA Nationals 26.
